As a Business Growth Strategist, Executive Coach, Leadership & Management Trainer, and founder of Coaching Dynamics, the sister company to Business Dynamics Online, I tend to think differently to many other business coaches and strategists. I put this down to my mathematical acumen having been a mathematics teacher for 12 years prior to starting my first business. This, along with my ability to get under the skin of the problem, be supportive and ask the necessary astute and sometimes challenging questions, lead to solutions that open new doors of opportunity. This still excites me on a daily basis!

During the past three decades, I’ve successfully built my own businesses and spent the last two decades guiding others to success in person via Coaching Dynamics. This followed qualifying as a Corporate & Executive Coach and Management Trainer with Europe’s top coaching company, The Coaching Academy.
